If your application is denied, we will give you a reason and the opportunity to reapply after any issues are resolved.

MORMONRINGTONES.NET USER AGREEMENT

Each of these policies may be changed from time to time and are effective immediately after we post the changes to our services.

This User Agreement is a contract between you and MormonRingtones.net and applies to your use of the MormonRingtones.net web site and services available through http://mormonringtones.net.  If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, please do not access or use this web site or its services.

You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions in this User Agreement before your application for a listing on MormonRingtones.net can be accepted. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

In order to use the MormonRingtones.net service, you must complete an application, and you must understand and agree to the terms and conditions in this User Agreement. Our Services are only available to individuals or businesses that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors (under 18), persons who are suspended from our services, or persons who refuse to pay for our services.  MormonRingtones.net also reserves the right to refuse services (especially advertising services) to individuals whose web site or store content does not meet the standards and guidelines of MormonRingtones.net.  MormonRingtones.net services will be refused to individuals who submit or maintain information that is felt by the Editors of MormonRingtones.net to be in poor taste or judgement, unreasonably inaccurate, or otherwise deemed unacceptable.

2. OFFENSIVE CONTENT

We will not knowingly provide advertising for you if your web site or store contains material that is libelous, offensive, hateful towards any race or religion, or obscene.  We do not police the web sites and stores of our users, but if it is brought to our attention that such material resides on your web site or store, your contract may be cancelled without refund.

By submitting or transmitting any comments, ideas, suggestions, information and feedback to MormonRingtones.net via this web site or in association or reference to this site, you agree not to submit or transmit any illegal, obscene or otherwise offensive material to MormonRingtones.net . You also witness that the material that you submit is not the intellectual property or copyrighted/trademarked property of any other third party.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials (including images, text, designs, illustrations, icons, logos, photographs, applications, video clips and other materials included in whole or in part on this site, the structure and presentation of such content) on this web site (the “Content”) are the property of MormonRingtones.net, its licensors, and advertisers and may be protected by intellectual property laws including laws relating to copyrights, trade-marks, trade-names, internet domain names, and other similar rights.
